Phoenix 99 was founded by Danny, Billy and Lee, three brothers in arms from different paths but the same calling. After years serving in policing and law enforcement motorcycle clubs, we gained the experience and the clarity to define what we truly wanted to stand for. We realised that unity, purpose and pride needed a fresh foundation and a new direction. So we built Phoenix 99, a club forged from what we’ve learned, focused on what matters, and open to those who ride with respect and purpose.
With Danny on the frontline as a Traffic Cop, Billy working the shadows as a Detective, and Lee, a former Army veteran and Special Constable with Essex Police, we bring together a mix of discipline, grit and perspective that defines what this club is all about. We’ve always understood that no matter the role, the bond between officers, Specials and Police Staff runs deep. Whether you’re chasing suspects, chasing leads or filing the paperwork, what matters is your values, your integrity and who’s got your back when it counts.
Phoenix 99 rises from those shared values, the ones that still mean something: respect, loyalty and pride in the job. We’re not here for power games or plastic hierarchy. We’re here to ride, pure and simple, and to do it with people who remember what the thin blue line was always meant to stand for.
Phoenix 99 is an independent club. We’re not endorsed by any police service, nor do we claim to represent them. We’re simply three law enforcement officers running a private motorcycle club for colleagues who share the same values and passion for riding. We don’t care who you are, where you’re from or what makes you different. If you ride with honour, you’ll be treated with honour by every member, every time. Difference isn’t just welcomed here, it strengthens us.
If you’ve been looking for something real, you’ve found it.
